Privacy at Keli AI

This policy describes personal information handling for Keli and keli.ai.

1. Information we handle

Keli AI processes account and contact details, payment-related information, messages, uploaded content, feedback, and technical information about service use.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate Keli and keli.ai, manage accounts and payments, answer questions, improve reliability, and prevent misuse.

3. Task content and your controls

Task content is sent to model providers to carry out your requests. It is not used to train models. Keli accesses files and folders you attach, and accounts you connect. Private chat runs tasks without saving them to your history, Library, or projects. Zero Data Retention in settings restricts routing to model providers that do not retain prompts; private chats use this automatically.

4. Third-party AI providers

Keli does not run its own AI models. When you use a feature that needs one, Keli sends the content that request needs to a third-party AI provider and shows you the answer. That content can include:

  • your messages and the rest of the conversation they belong to;
  • files, photos, and documents you attach;
  • your voice, when you use voice mode;
  • memories, custom instructions, and project files Keli adds for context;
  • content from apps, websites, and code workspaces you connect, when a task uses them.

It is sent to OpenRouter, which routes each request to the provider of the model that handles it:

  • Anthropic — Claude, a chat model;
  • Z.ai — GLM, a chat model;
  • OpenAI — voice mode and transcription;
  • Meta — image generation;
  • Inception — filling in forms during browser tasks;
  • Typesafe — choosing how much reasoning a request needs.

Open models such as GLM may be run for their maker by another hosting company available through OpenRouter. Providers use this content to answer your request. With Zero Data Retention on, Keli only uses providers that do not keep your prompts.

The Keli iOS app explains this and asks your permission before it sends anything to an AI provider. You can withdraw permission at any time in Settings → Privacy; Keli cannot answer requests without it.

5. Sharing and connected services

Service providers process information needed to support Keli. Connected services receive information necessary for interactions you enable and apply their own privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect people and the service.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, and object to or restrict certain processing. Verification may be required.

7. Contact and updates

Send privacy questions and requests to privacy@keli.ai. Updates to this policy will appear on this page.
